 Kenzie Funk (b. 1995, Indianapolis, Indiana) is a sculptor based in Miami, Florida, whose work ranges from intimate wall installations to public art. Her work examines how the psyche and the natural world accumulate history, memory, and resilience through cycles of growth and change. Funk received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Herron School of Art + Design in 2018. She received an Honorable Mention in the 2018 Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award. Her solo exhibitions include Touché Gallery and The Common Grounds Project. Also participated in group exhibitions with Aluna Arts Foundation, 924 Gallery, Storage Space Gallery, and the Stutz Artists Association. Currently, Kenzie is working in her studio at the Living Studio Collective in Miami.
